I purchased the Kanta theme, and it says it was supposed to come with the Visual Composer License, but when I try to activate it, it says there is no license and I have to purchase it?

On a separate note, when I try to do a demo install it hangs at 25% and doesn’t go further than that. I tried twice but it wouldn’t budge.
