I see in header style 3 that there is this line

“<?php if( $themeCfg->getField(‘promotionbar_enable’)==1 && Mage::getModel(‘cms/block’)->load($themeCfg->getField(‘promotionbar_staticblockid’))->getIsActive() ){?>”

So I assume that there is a way to make promotion bar sticky header, but I cant find anything about enabling promotion bar in sns_senia configuration.

I would really appreciate your help.
