Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://magento-16213-35487-89291.cloudwaysapps.com/skin/frontend/base/default/css/theme-e61e1eec5a5a.css

we have installed the template on our updated server and now recieving some styling errors. Can we get login supoort from SNS theme support to correct these issues?
