Is there anyway I can speak with someone over the telephone because some of the changes I make to the SNS Trella template files do not display or even show up at all.

I want to remove the “there are no products matching this selection” but it is not allowing me to do so. I’ve tried adding products to the homepage but it doesn’t work….

As a customer I have been very displeased with these template…not as marketed….
